Meet the Senior Leadership Team
The school's Senior Leadership team is made up of the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and two Assistant Headteachers.
Mrs Breen-Smith joined the SLT team in September 2016 but has been part of the teaching team at Beechwood since 2011. She took over the role of headteacher in April 2026.

Mr Simmonds joined the Beechwood team in April 2026.
Ensuring that every child gains the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress to the next stage of their life has always driven my career in teaching. It has been a privilege to join the leadership team at Beechwood and work at such a lovely school. When I'm not working hard to open doors for our staff and children, you might see me running a myriad of races and Parkruns through the year and find me sat at my beloved Stadium MK - cheering on the MK Dons.

Mrs Welford joined the SLT team in September 2018 but has been a part of the Beechwood team for a long time.
